Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. Standard UK Delivery is despatched with Interlink express courier, arriving within 1 working day of despatch. In the morning of your delivery you will receive an email/sms message with a 1 hour delivery window so less time spent waiting for your parcel. Should this not be suitable you can reply to change the day or have it delivered to a specific neighbour, a safe place or one of their Pick up shops. If you are not home when delivery arrives you will be left a note from the courier to re-arrange the delivery day.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

Next day deliveries must be placed before 3pm to catch our delivery pick up.

We are happy to deliver to other destinations. Please send us an email on email@example.com and we will get back to you with a postage estimate and further instructions.
We hope that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We offer a no quibble refund policy. Make sure to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or the returns button on your account - within 7 days of receiving the goods to inform us of your intention to return. We will then send you a label so you can drop it at the closest "DPD Pick up shop" to be returned to us. Smaller parcels can be returned via Royal mail upon agreement with us.
Please then return the goods in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
For exchanges we can deliver and pick up at the same time so just contact us and we will arrange.
Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse return delivery costs except if goods are damaged or faulty. Please contact us so that we can advise on the return and replacement of the item.
Certain items are excluded from our returns policy. These items can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights, these are bespoke items including Pappelina rugs and Innovation Sofas, special orders / non-stock items, assembled flat-pack items, gift vouchers, perishable goods, sale items and cut fabric, these can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty.
